What affects your price
- Linear footage – the total length of roofline, beams or patio you want lit. Most homes run 150–300 ft.
- Installation difficulty – roof height, steep pitches, three-story walls, stucco or masonry soffits, and attic access for hidden jumps.
- Spacing – 9" is standard; 6" spacing uses 50% more lights.
- Additional fixtures – pathway, cylinder, spot and patio lights are quoted per fixture.
- Time of year – October to December books up fast; spring and summer installs often have the best availability.
How payment works
Half down reserves your installation date and the other half is due on completion. Ask us about financing when you request your quote.
What's included
Color-matched track, all lights and wiring, indoor controller and power supplies, app setup and zoning, a full walkthrough, and a 5-year parts / 1-year labor warranty on eave lighting.

What is the cost per foot?
Most Happy's eave lighting installs run roughly $25–35 per linear foot installed, plus $650–850 for the controller. The price per foot depends on roof height and complexity, soffit type, attic access and the time of year. We give every homeowner a fixed, written quote after a free on-site measurement – request yours here.
How long does installation take?
Our crews average around 150 feet per day, so most homes are finished in one to two days. We confirm the schedule when you book.
How does payment work?
A deposit of half the quoted price reserves your installation date; the balance is due on completion. Ask us about financing options when you request your quote.
What is the warranty?
Eave (track) lighting carries a 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty on our installation. Patio, landscape and Saber Series fixtures carry a 3-year parts warranty and 1 year of labor.
